Re: Misconduct Involving Jacques Jadotte, Yoshikazu Suzuki, and Mrs. Grace Eki Mesa Jensen (née Ōyama)

This memorandum is issued to clarify and document ongoing misconduct involving the group operating under the name “Karate” or “Kyokushin World Association” (KWA), led by Mr. Jacques Jadotte of Haiti (currently residing in the United States), in coordination with Mr. Yoshikazu Suzuki (former spouse of Ms. Kuristina Ōyama), and operating under the banner of “KWA

Kyokushin Bugakukai.”

Mr. Jacques Jadotte

A former branch chief under Sosai Mas Oyama in Haiti, Mr. Jadotte has engaged in sustained

fraudulent conduct, including misrepresentation and unauthorized commercial exploitation of the

Kyokushin Karate system across Haiti and the United States. He has collected grading and

promotion fees from students under false pretenses, operating without valid certification or

oversight from the official Honbu Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

These actions constitute potential violations of fraud statutes, intellectual property infringement,

and deceptive business practices under both U.S. and international law.

Mr. Jadotte is known to operate in close coordination with Mrs. Grace Eki Mesa Jensen (née Ōyama), a biological daughter of Sosai Mas Oyama, who formally and repeatedly renounced

legal standing within the family estate through documentation executed in 1994, 1997, and 2006.

Mr. Yoshikazu Suzuki

Following his divorce from Ms. Kuristina Ōyama, Mr. Suzuki — formerly the financial manager

and Shihan of Sosai Mas Oyama’s Honbu Dojo — engaged in deliberate sabotage of two

companies previously under his management. His actions represent a severe breach of

fiduciary duty and a calculated violation of the stewardship responsibilities entrusted to him with

regard to Sosai Mas Oyama’s legacy.

Together with Mr. Jadotte, Mr. Suzuki has misrepresented the structure and authority of

Kyokushin Karate, leveraging family connections to mislead the broader Kyokushin community

and obscure their lack of legal standing.

Records confirm that Mr. Suzuki, Mr. Jadotte, Mrs. Grace Eki Mesa Jensen, and her daughter,

Delphi Gia Momo Karin Mesa Jensen, unlawfully removed property from the Honbu Dojo without

the consent of the legal owner.

It must be clearly stated that none of these individuals hold any legal rights or authority within the Oyama Family Trust, nor do they possess legitimate standing in the lawful administration of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama’s intellectual property and associated legacy.

Observations of persistent erratic behavior and concerning psychological patterns in both Mrs.

Grace Eki Mesa Jensen and her daughter contributed to the Executor’s decision to implement precautionary legal measures to safeguard the estate from further misuse.

This memorandum is issued to protect the integrity of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama’s legacy and to uphold the lawful structure of Kyokushin Karate. It is intended to ensure public and community awareness of these serious matters.

All students, members, and associates of Kyokushin Karate are encouraged to report any

communications or financial dealings involving the individuals named above to the legal

representatives of the Oyama Family Trust.
