Notice of Ban Regarding Pembinaan Mental Kyokushin Karate Group (Indonesia)

Effective immediately, the group operating under the name Pembinaan Mental Kyokushin Karate in Indonesia is strictly prohibited from using the Kyokushin name, its marks, its teachings, the kanku symbol, or any materials associated with Sosai Mas Oyama or the Oyama family.

The instructor who originally led this group was formally dismissed by Sosai Mas Oyama in the 1980s. No subsequent permission, approval, or licensing has ever been granted to this group to continue using the Kyokushin name, its marks, or its legacy after that dismissal.

Any claims of legitimacy made by this group since that time are therefore invalid, unauthorized, and unenforceable.

Students, parents, and prospective members are strongly advised to verify instructor credentials and confirm all affiliations with the Oyama family directly before engaging in any Kyokushin training or events.

Use of the Kyokushin name, symbols, or related materials without express written permission constitutes infringement and may result in further legal action.

For legitimate Kyokushin lineage, licensing, and approval, please contact the Oyama family through official channels.
